Also knows as “peddler’s noodles”, this dish was named after the practice of street vendors to carry buckets filled with noodles and soup directly on their shoulders, and sell them to passers-by. An abundant serving of noodles nestled in spicy red sauce with meaty, smoked and nutty notes. The Sichuan noodles par excellence. Wanna try? No need to worry about a thing. ChinEAT took on the burden of bringing a piece of Chengdu directly to the streets of your city, like a real peddler!

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently cook the noodles (70g) for 3 minutes (medium heat). Drain the noodles and set aside.

2. Into a bowl, add the seasoning bag (45g) and the noodles. Stir well and serve immediately.

TIPS: Add minced meat, fried eggs, and/or cabbage for a better taste.

Noodles (70g): Wheat flour, Water, Salt.

Seasoning bag (45g): Vegetable oil, Chili, Sichuan pepper, Sesame paste, Ginger, Garlic, White sesame, Mustard tuber, Salt, MSG, Sugar, Spicy, Citric acid, Capsanthin.

This product contains soybeans, mustard, sesame and grains (wheat).
