Hot&Sour Vermicelli Noodles

Suitable for vegetarians

No artificial colors

It’s unclear who invented this dish, but was undoubtly a genious. This recipe is a fantastic combination of tastes and textures. It combines the pungents and sour notes of Chinese rice vinegar with the dry heat of the chillies. On the other hand, grounded peanuts would add a crispy texture that perfectly contrasts with the starchy and slurpy vermicelli.

1. Add the vermicelli noodles and the seasonings to the cup.

2. Pour about 600ml of hot water (85°C) into the cup, close the lid and wait 6 minutes.

3. Open the lid, stir well and enjoy! TIPS: add the vinegar at the end for a better taste
